HI I’M GRACE..
And I’m a qualified yoga teacher and passionate healthcare professional with a deep belief in the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness. Yoga has been a part of my life since I was sixteen, gently guiding me back to my body time and again — especially during life’s most challenging seasons.
My practice taught me presence, resilience, and the strength that comes from slowing down and listening within. As a nurse working in intensive care, I’ve seen firsthand how stress impacts the body and mind. Yoga became not just a refuge, but a vital way to reconnect, recharge, and restore balance. Now, I share that gift with others.
Through my offerings — from grounding flows to slow-connected yin (coming soon) — I aim to create safe, nurturing spaces where you can reconnect to your body, unlock your inner wisdom, and move with grace in your own rhythm.
